Parce que, voyez-vous, chaque week end je me posais les m\u00eames questions: Pourquoi, dans le beau parc \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la maison, toutes les mari\u00e9es qui posent pour les photos sont-elles brunes? Pourquoi ont elles toutes d\u00e9laiss\u00e9 la traditionnelle robe blanche pour choisir une tenue aussi chatoyante? Bizarre, non? Eh bien, j&rsquo;ai ma r\u00e9ponse. Ce ne sont pas des mari\u00e9es. Ce sont des Quincea\u00f1eras, des jeunes filles de quinze ans. Souvenez vous, autrefois le Texas fut mexicain et reste un pays d&rsquo;immigration hispanique, les traditions perdurent. \u00c0 Houston, la f\u00eate des 15 ans, rite de passage \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge adulte, s&rsquo;apparente \u00e0 un Bal des D\u00e9butantes version Tex-Mex: cette somptueuse c\u00e9r\u00e9monie m\u00e9lange savamment religion, famille, amis, musique, repas et danse. La jeune h\u00e9ro\u00efne porte la tenue de Cendrillon et les couleurs de Barbie, mais elle a plus de chance aujourd&rsquo;hui: Elle n&rsquo;a pas un&#8230;mais jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 15 chevaliers servants!
